You are so much more than what others see.
What defines our humanity at its core?
What connects us to all living beings and cultures? What do we share with the Earth and its ecosystems?
We are vulnerable.
Showing ourself, truly, authentic is making us vulnerable and at the same time
vulnerability can open new paths to loving, peaceful, and connected coexistence.

"And sometimes I am there, only sometimes... In that moment where, as if life itself were given to me, time ceases to exist and everything is now.
It is not something supernatural.
We can all touch that place."

"There was a time when panic attacks, hyperventilation and anxiety were a part of my life. Then I discovered freediving and slowly, those symptoms began to fade.
In the water I often visulize or watch a partical floating in the sea. I notice the light, imagine how it changes with clouds, with rain... These images bring me completely into the moment. I`m fully present, and yet, it feels like I´ve stepped into another world."

Why do you want to take the pictures?
"Its the first time I feel confidence, more free. Not feeling self critical."

"Right now, we need more people who dare to show themselves, not just their best,
but also their pain, their hopelessness, their paralysis."

How do you feel being photographed?
What helps you be yourself in front of the camera?
In general, I don't feel entirely comfortable. I never really learned how to “pose,” nor do I want to.
The images I resonate with are not performative, they are intimate.
What helps me is feeling truly seen, not just looked at. Welcomed, rather than exposed. I respond to a gentle, attentive gaze, a gaze that caresses rather than captures.

"The phrase by writer Sara Torres comes to mind:
“I caressed her with my eye, behind the thin membrane of the glass.”
That's the gaze I seek. The one that makes it possible to create a space of intimacy and tenderness. That day, I was lucky.
I felt seen.
I felt cared for.
Thank you."

The Ocean to me, is a reminder of being present in the moment, with everything there is.

Step into a Reflection of Life
The images I love most of myself reveal my true nature, facets of my essence, and moments when I feel deeply connected. Receiving such images of myself is a gift that unveils my own unique kind of beauty. This is exactly the gift I want to give through my photography – an image that lets your essence shine.
Immerse yourself in the wild beauty of Tenerife: feel the ocean on your skin, the wind in your hair, the volcanic earth beneath your feet, and arrive fully in the present moment.
